Nes That the council agenda dated March 19, 2024 be approved as circulated.

That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.34 except Items 6.17 and 6.18 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of March 5, 2024 be adopted.

That Council receives the 2023 fourth quarter operations reports; the 2023 annual water system reports and the 2023 inspection rating record reports for the Sebringville and St. Pauls municipal drinking water systems as well as the 2023 fourth quarter operations report for the Kirkton Woodham Complex for information.

That the Director of Public Works update report be received for information.

That the Drainage Superintendent's update report be received for information.

Nes That the Township of Perth South award the Repairs to Culvert 46 on Line 14 Tender BR1467 to VanDriel Excavating Inc. in the amount of $94,379.40.

That the Township of Perth South award the Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Quotation RFQ-2024-03 to Great Lakes Maintenance Services Inc. in the amount of $3,632.95.

That Council for the Township of Perth South accepts the recommendation of Brandon Widner of Spriet Associates to award the tender for the Sommerville-Bryan Municipal Drain to De Jong Excavating in the amount of $379,645.00 plus HST.

Nes That the accounts payable listing dated March 15, 2024 for the period March 2 to 15, 2024 in the amount of $1,664,191.86 be approved.

Nes That council remove the Wellness Fund from the operating budget.

That Council approves a 5% levy increase by transferring funds from the Levy Stabilization Fund as well as reducing the Levy Stability Fund to $250,000.

That the old St. Pauls well is not to be rehabilitated and further that a new well is drilled with the old well to be decommissioned.

That the Clerk's update report be received for information.

That Council receives the request for a report drain for the Packham Drain; and further, that Council appoints Spriet Associates to prepare a report on the proposed drainage works.

That the Report regarding the Council Payroll – February 2024, dated March 19, 2024, including total payroll of $5,319.58 be approved.

That the CAO update report be received for information.

That the Status Update Kirkton Woodham Recreation Complex and Pool report be received for information, and: That staff and the Deputy Mayor be directed to work with volunteers/Board Members to review governance of the Complex to evaluate the current structure and report to Council the results of the evaluation.

That the contract for the creation of the Township of Perth South Fire Master Plan and Community Risk Assessment be awarded to Emergency Management Group (EMG) in the amount of $54,926.00 inclusive of HST and Expenses.

That the Report regarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of February 2024, dated March 19, 2024, be received for information.

Nes That By-law 14-2024 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
