That the council agenda dated March 5, 2024 be approved as circulated.

Nes That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.26 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of February 20, 2024 be adopted.

That the council meeting be adjourned at 9:33 a.m. in order to convene a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning an application for zoning by-law amendment for the property located at 5193 Line 4.

That the public meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning an application for a zoning by-law amendment for the property located at 5193 Line 4 be adjourned at 9:41 a.m.

Nes THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report dated March 05, 2024, entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. Z16-2023, affecting lands described as Lots 19 & 20, Concession 9 (5193 Line 4), Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South; AND THAT Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment No. Z16-2023.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South recommends to the Land Division Committee or its delegated authority that the Township supports application file B02-23 submitted by Kathryn M. Ritsma Phillips Professional Corporation, for lands described as Lot 20, South Boundary Concession (17570 Elginfield Road), Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South, subject to the conditions listed in the reported dated March 5, 2024.

That Council of the Township of Perth South does hereby appoint the following members to sit on the Court of Revision for the Sommerville-Bryan Municipal Drain: Councillor Jim Van Nes, Councillor Sam Corriveau and Councillor Mark Bell.

That the Council meeting recess at 9:56 a.m. in order to convene a Court of Revision relating to the Sommerville-Bryan Drain.

That the Court of Revision for the Sommerville-Bryan Municipal Drain does hereby accept the recommendations of Brandon Widner of Spriet Associates and further does hereby confirm the drainage assessments as outlined in the Assessment Schedule dated January 18, 2024.

That the Court of Revision does hereby adjourn.

That the Drainage Engineer be authorized to call for tenders for the construction of the Sommerville-Bryan Drain with a closing date of Friday, March 15, 2024 at noon.

Nes That the CBO update report be received for information.

Nes That Council approve the rental of a John Deere 5090E from Total Rentals at a cost of $7,500 plus taxes.

That the Township of Perth South receive the Truck #36 Transfer to Public Works report; and that council approve the transfer of $17,260 from roads equipment reserves to the building permit stabilization reserve fund.

That the accounts payable listing dated March 1, 2024 for the period February 17 to March 1, 2024 in the amount of $259,367.94 be approved.

Nes That the report 2023 Public Sector Salary Disclosure, dated March 5, 2024, be received for information.

Nes That By-law 12-2024 being a by-law to amend the Township of Perth South Zoning by-law for the property located at 5193 Line 4 be given first, second and third readings and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 13-2024 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
