THAT: the contract RFT 2023-004 for the renovation of the Old Townhall Building in St. Pauls be awarded to 2490179 Ontario Ltd. in the amount of $213,000.00 + HST for a total of $240,690.00 ($216,748.80 net of refundable HST); THAT: $100,000 be funded through the ICIP: COVID Stream – Local Government Intake grant funding; THAT: the balance of the project costs be funded through the Working Capital Reserve; and THAT: the 2023 Operating and Capital Budget be revised to reflect the increased project cost and additional reserve funding.
