That the council agenda dated June 20, 2023 be approved as circulated.

That Council of the Township of Perth South supports the resolution from the Town of Bradford-West Gwillimbury in regards to the Right to Repair movement.

That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.36 be received for information and that the regular and special council minutes of June 6, 2023 be adopted.

That the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report entitled Consent Application File B18/23, submitted by Doug Reaume on behalf of Johannes Borgijink for lands described as Lot 19, Concession 4, Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South (5212 Perth Line 8), Township of Perth South for information; And that Council recommends that the County of Perth Land Division Committee or its designate approve Consent Application File B18/23.

That Council approves finishing the dust control application through Da-Lee Dust Control.

That Council receives the Director of Public Works update report for information.

That Council receives the Drainage Superintendent's update report for information.

That the accounts payable listing dated June 16, 2023 for the period June 3 to Jun 16, 2023 in the amount of $1,332,469.43 be approved.

That Council approves executing the 2023 library agreements for Stratford Public Library, St. Marys Public Library and Huron County Public Library.

Nes That Council receives the report entitled Proposed Zoning By-law Housekeeping Amendments; and further that Council direct Perth County Planning to prepare a notice of public meeting for the July 18, 2023 Council Meeting for the proposed changes to the Perth South zoning by-law.

THAT the Report regarding the Council Payroll – May 2023, dated June 20, 2023, including total payroll of $4,997.55 be approved.

That the Clerk's update report be received for information.

That Council receives the request for a report drain for the Wiseman Municipal Drain – New Crossing; and further, that Council appoints Spriet Associates to prepare a report on the proposed drainage works.

That Council receives the request for a report drain for the Aitcheson Drain Extension; and further, that Council appoints Spriet Associates to prepare a report on the proposed drainage works.

That Council for the Township of Perth South approve the temporary extension to the Stratford Perth Museum outdoor licenced area until October 31, 2023.

That Council receives the report regarding Request to Purchase Portion of Road Allowance on Road 125 and further that Council directs staff to proceed with next steps to transfer a portion of the road allowance along Road 125 to the property located at 2368 Road 125 with detailed report to be brought forward to the July 18, 2023 council meeting.

That Council amend the Flag Policy to change wording regarding from up to one week to duration of the event.

That Council directs staff to do a review of the Flag Policy and bring forward for review in early 2024.

THAT the Report regarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of May 2023, dated June 20, 2023, be received for information.

That By-law 24-2023 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
