Nes That the council meeting be adjourned at 9:35 a.m. in order to convene a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning 3 applications for a zoning by-law amendments for the properties located in the Township of Perth South.

That the Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning the 3 applications for a zoning by-law amendments for the properties located in the Township of Perth South be adjourned and the regular Council Meeting reconvene at 9:55 a.m.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South RECEIVE the report dated June 6, 2023 prepared by the Planner entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z08-2022 which was submitted by Doug Reaume affecting lands described as Pt Lot 3, Con E, Mitchell Rd, Blanshard Township of Perth South; AND THAT Perth South Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment PS-Z08-2022 submitted by Doug Reaume affecting lands described as Pt Lot 3, Con E, Mitchell Rd, Blanshard Township of Perth South.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report dated June 06, 2023 prepared by the Planner entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z6-2023 affecting lands described as Concession 6, Lot 17, Downie Ward (4664 Line 26), Township of Perth South. AND THAT Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z6-2023 affecting lands described as Concession 6, Lot 17, Downie Ward (4664 Line 26), Township of Perth South.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report dated June 06, 2023 prepared by the Planner entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z5-2023 affecting lands described as Concession 6, Part Lot 19, Downie Ward (4742 Line 26), Township of Perth South. AND THAT Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z5-2023 affecting lands described as Concession 6, Part Lot 19, Downie Ward (4742 Line 26), Township of Perth South.

That the CBO update report for May 2023 be received for information.

That the Township of Perth South award the tender for Asphalt Paving 2023 to Brantco Construction in the amount of $1,356,882.64 including HST.

That Council supports the St Pauls Office Storm Water LID upgrades project.

Nes That the accounts payable listing dated June 2, 2023 for the period May 13 to June 2, 2023 in the amount of $154,935.84 be approved.

That the report, dated June 6, 2023, regarding the Canada Community-Building Fund – 2022 Annual Report be received for information.

That By-law 15-2023 being a by-law to amend the zoning for the property located at 2283 Road 163 in the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

Nes That By-law 17-2023 being a by-law to amend the zoning for the property located at 4742 Line 26 in the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 18-2023 being a by-law to amend the zoning for the property located at 4664 Line 26 in the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

Nes That By-law 19-2023 being a by-law to set the 2023 rates of taxation for the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 20-2023 being a by-law to amend By-law 15-2012 of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
