That the council agenda dated April 18, 2023 be approved as circulated and amended.

Nes That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.23 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of April 4, 2023 and the special council minutes of April 13, 2023 be adopted.

That Council of the Township of Perth South does hereby appoint the following members to sit on the Court of Revision for the Otto Branch of the Boyes-Ballantyne Municipal Drain: Councillor Jaime Martin, Councillor Sam Corriveau, Deputy Mayor Sue Orr

That the Council meeting recess at 7:06 p.m. in order to convene a Court of Revision relating to the Otto Branch of the Boyes-Ballantyne Municipal Drain.

That the Court of Revision for the Otto Branch of the Boyes-Ballantyne Municipal Drain does hereby accept the recommendations of Brandon Widner of Spriet Associates and further does hereby confirm the drainage assessments as outlined in the Assessment Schedule dated March 9, 2023.

That the Court of Revision relating to the Otto Branch of the Boyes-Ballantyne Municipal Drain is adjourned and the Council meeting reconvenes.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report entitled Consent Application File B03/23, submitted by Trevor McNeil on behalf of Dan Coulthard for lands described as Concession 6, Lot 17, Downie Ward (4664 Line 26), Township of Perth South; AND THAT Perth South Council recommend that the County of Perth Land Division Committee APPROVE Severance Application File B03/23, subject to the conditions listed in the report.

That the 2022 annual and summary reports for the Sebringville and St. Pauls Drinking Water Systems be received for information.

That Council receives the first quarter operational report for the Sebringville and St. Pauls drinking water systems for information.

That Council receives the presentation from the Perth County Federation of Agriculture and the Ontario Federation of Agriculture for information.

That the accounts payable listing dated April 14, 2023 for the period April 1 to 14, 2023 in the amount of $85,928.33 be approved.

That the CAO/Treasurer update report be received for information.

That the Drainage Superintendent update report be received for information.

Nes That Council receives the request for a report drain for the Hislop Municipal Drain; and that Council appoints Spriet Associates to prepare a report on the proposed drainage works.

That Council receives the Clerk’s Update Report for their information.

That Council approves purchasing an item to donate to the South Perth Centennial Funfest in an amount up to $200.

That By-law 13-2023 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That the meeting does hereby adjourn at 9:01 p.m.
