That the council agenda dated March 7, 2023 be approved as circulated.

That Council sends a letter of support to the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh regarding the Future Accuracy of the Permanent Register of Electors.

Nes That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.13 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of February 21, 2023 be received for information.

That the council meeting be adjourned at 9:41 a.m. in order to convene a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning two applications for zoning by-law amendments for the properties located at 3218 Road 112 and 5962 Line 2 in the Township of Perth South.

That the Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act concerning applications for zoning by-law amendments for the properties located at 3218 Road 112 and 5962 Line 2 in the Township of Perth South be adjourned and the regular Council Meeting reconvene at 9:55 a.m.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report dated March 7, 2023 prepared by the Planner entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z2-2023 affecting lands described as Lot 1, Concession 8, Gore of Downie Ward, (3218 Road 112), Township of Perth South. AND THAT Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z2-2023.

Nes THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report dated March 07, 2023 prepared by the Planner entitled Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z1-2023 submitted by Gerhardus and Tanya Steenbeek affecting lands described as Concession West Boundary Part Lot 20, (5962 Line 2), Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South; AND THAT Council APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment No. PS-Z1-2023.

That the Perth County Stewardship Project presentation be received for information.

THAT Council receives the report entitled “Update: New Official Plan Project” for information.

Nes That the Chief Building Official update report for February 2023 be received for information.

Nes That Council receives the report from the Director of Public Works regarding the "A" Gravel Tender and further directs staff to skip gravel application for 2023 and further directs staff to allocate $250,000.00 into a gravel reserve fund.

That Council receives the report from the Director of Public Works regarding the Dust Control Tender and further that Council approves staying with the calcium chloride dust control program and includes one test road using the Andemar brine solution.

That the accounts payable listing dated March 3, 2023 for the period February 18 to March 3, 2023 in the amount of $34,757.80 be approved.

Nes That the report 2022 Public Sector Salary Disclosure, dated March 7, 2023, be received for information.

Nes That the Report regarding an Update on Planning Applications, dated March 7, 2023, be received for information.

That council approves tendering the proposed 2023 paving projects for the Township of Perth South.

That By-law 6-2023 being a by-law to amend the Perth South Zoning by-law for the property known as 3218 Road 112 be given first, second and third readings and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 7-2023 being a by-law to amend the Perth South Zoning by-law for the property known as 5962 Line 2 be given first, second and third readings and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 8-2023 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
