That the council agenda dated January 17, 2023 be approved as circulated.

That Council approves the proposed reduction of the projection of the existing deck into the front yard by .27 metres as detailed on the survey prepared by MTE Ontario Land Surveyors Ltd. for the property located at 2377 Perth road 163.

That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.19 be received for information and the the regular council minutes of December 20, 2022 and the special council minutes of January 10, 2023 be adopted.

That Council of the Township of Perth South does hereby appoint the following members to sit on the Court of Revision for the Van Nes Municipal Drain: Councillor Robert Wilhelm, Councillor Jaime Martin, Councillor Sam Corriveau

That the Council meeting recess at 7:05 p.m. in order to convene a Court of Revision relating to the Van Nes Municipal Drain.

That the Court of Revision for the Van Nes Municipal Drain does hereby accept the recommendations of Stephen Brickman of Headway Engineering and further does hereby confirm the drainage assessments as outlined in the Assessment Schedule dated November 18, 2022.

That the Court of Revision relating to the Van Nes Municipal Drain 2022 is adjourned and the Council meeting reconvenes.

THAT Council receives the “Implementation Update Report: Legislative Changes of Bill 109 and Bill 23” report for information.

That the Director of Public Works update report be received for information.

Nes That the Drainage Superintendent's update report be received for information.

That the accounts payable listing dated January 13, 2023 for the period December 31, 2022 in the amount of $1,390.33 and for the period January 1 to 13, 2023 in the amount of $29,293.41 be approved.

That Council receive the report titled, Bus Tour of Township Assets, for information purposes; And further, Council direct staff to make the necessary arrangements to proceed with a bus tour.

That Council receives the Clerk’s Update Report for their information.

THAT the Report regarding the Council Payroll – October, November and December 2022, dated January 17, 2023, including total payroll of $16,317.18 be approved.

THAT the Report regarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of December 2022, dated January 17, 2023, be received for information.

Nes That By-law 2-2023 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That the meeting does hereby adjourn at 9:32 p.m.
