That the council agenda dated October 18, 2022 be approved as circulated.

That the consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.15 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of October 4, 2022 and the joint council minutes of September 26, 2022, as amended, be approved.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South defer making a recommendation on Consent Application File B34/22, submitted by Kathryn M. Ritsma on behalf of Dale Rae Meadows and Joan Viola Meadows for lands described as Lot 1, Concession 8, Downie Ward, Township of Perth South (3218 Road 112) in order to receive more information regarding the proposed easement for the geothermal system to be brought to the November 1, 2022 council meeting.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report prepared by the Planner, dated October 18, 2022, entitled Zoning By-law Amendment Z06-2022-PS by Rylan Looby affecting lands described as Pt Lot 26, Concession WMR, Blanshard Ward, 1180 Perth Road 139, Township of Perth South for information; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South APPROVE Zoning By-law Amendment Z06-2022-PS by Rylan Looby as outlined in the report.

That the Director of Public Works update report be received for information.

That the Drainage Superintendent update report be received for information.

That Council for the Township of Perth South support the award by the City of Stratford of the RFP for Engineering Repairs to Dunn's Bridge to BM Ross and Associates Limited.

That the accounts payable listing dated October 14, 2022 for the period September 30 to October 14, 2022 in the amount of $1,016,328.81 be approved.

That the Letter from Minister Thompson dated September 29, 2022 regarding the 2022 AMO delegation for the Farm Property Tax Assessment Program be received for information.

THAT the Report of the Administrator/Treasurer entitled Capital Fund Variance Report as of October 14, 2022, dated October 18, 2022 be received for information.

THAT the Report regarding an Update on Planning Applications, dated October 18, 2022, be received for information.

That the Clerk's update report be received for information.

THAT the Report regarding the Council Payroll – September 2022, dated October 18, 2022, including total payroll of $5,389.12 be approved.

THAT the Report regarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of September 2022, dated October 18, 2022, be received for information.

That By-law 44-2022 being a by-law to set the Interim Taxes for 2023 be given a first, second and third reading and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 45-2022 being a by-law to amend the Township of Perth South Zoning By-law for the property located at 1180 Perth Road 139 be given a first, second and third reading and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 46-2022 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
