That the council agenda dated March 1, 2022 be approved as circulated.

That consent agenda items 6.1 to 6.21 except Items 6.11 and 6.12 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of February 15, 2022 be adopted.

THAT Council receives the report titled “Emergency Management Update – 2021 Achievements and 2022 Program” for information.

THAT Perth South Council receives the Joint Accessibility Plan: Annual Status Update 2021 report; and further that Perth South Council approves the Joint Accessibility Plan: Annual Status Update 2021; and further that staff be directed to post the Joint Accessibility Plan: Annual Status Update 2021 on the Perth South website.

That Council receives the report regarding the Request to Extend Water Services Agreement; AND that council directs staff to review the current water services agreement in effect for David Lloyd and Anni Waldheer and further that staff bring a report with recommendations to the next meeting of council.

That Council receives the presentation by Tracy Annett, General Manager of Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, for information.

That the CBO update report for February 2022 be received for information.

That the Township of Perth South award the Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Quotation RFQ-2022-03 to Steelecrest Property Care in the amount of $9,011.75.

That the accounts payable listing dated February 25, 2022 for the period February 12 to 25, 2022 in the amount of $49,908.97 be approved.

THAT the Report of the Chief Administrative Officer/Treasurer titled Stabilization of the Roads Municipal Drainage Levy Pressure, dated March 1, 2022 be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT staff create a new Roads Municipal Drainage Reserve with a targeted reserve balance of $124,000, for the purpose of stabilizing the impact of annual roads municipal drainage projects; AND FURTHER THAT an amount of $31,000 be transferred annually from the levy to the Roads Municipal Drainage Reserve beginning in 202; AND FURTHER THAT an amount of $91,983 be transferred from the 2021 surplus to cover the 2022 planned roads municipal drainage projects.

That the report 2021 Public Salary Disclosure dated March 1, 2022 be received for information.

That By-law 10-2021 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That the meeting does hereby adjourn at 11:48 a.m.
