That the council agenda dated February 15, 2022 be approved as circulated.

That the Consent Agenda items 6.1 to 6.12 be received for information and that the regular council minutes of February 1, 2022 be adopted.

THAT Council of the Township of Perth South receive the “Proposed County of Perth Official Plan Amendment (OPA 202) – Revision to Section 6.3A - Second Dwelling Units” report for Information, and THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South recommend that the County of Perth Council APPROVE OPA 202 affecting settlement area lands countywide.

That Council receives the Director of Public Works update report for information.

That Council receives the Drainage Superintendent update report for information.

That Council for the Township of Perth South receives the Street Light Locating Service report for information and further that Council directs staff to enter into an agreement with G-Tel for street light locating services.

That Council for the Township of Perth South awards the 2022 Dust Suppressant Tender PW 2022-02 to Da-Lee Dust Control in the amount of $170,400.38.

That Council for the Township of Perth South awards the 2022 'A' Gravel Tender PW 2022-01 to C.R. Chittick Construction Ltd. in the amount of $383,940.00.

That Council for the Township of Perth South gives pre-budget approval to the proposed capital projects outlined in the report dated February 11, 2022 and further that these road capital projects be collaboratively procured through Perth County.

That the accounts payable listing dated February 11, 2022 for the period January 30, 2022 to February 11, 2022 in the amount of $60,401.67 be approved.

That Council approves the funding request from the Downie Optimist Community Centre Hall Committee in the amount of $11,000 to offset revenue losses in 2021 due to COVID and further that these funds to be taken from the Safe Restart Funding.

That Council receives 2022 Budget Draft 1 for information.

That the Clerk's update report be received for information.

THAT the Report regarding the Council Payroll – January 2022, dated February 15, 2022, including total payroll of $4,019.58 be approved.

THAT the Report regarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of January 2022, dated February 15, 2022, be received for information.

That By-law 68-2021 being a by-law for capital drainage works known as the Sparling Drain Extension 2021 be given third reading and be properly signed and sealed.

That Bylaw 71-2021 being a by-law for capital drainage works known as the Russell Drain 2021 be given third reading and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 6-2022 being a by-law for maintenance and repair of drainage works known as the Gibb Drain be given first, second, and third readings and properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 7-2022 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
