That the council agenda dated September 7, 2021 be approved as circulated.

That t he Consent Agenda Items 6.1 to 6.25 except 6.2 and 6.16 be received as information and that the regular Council minutes August 10, 2021 be adopted.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receives the report entitled Application for Consent to Sever (B19-21) by Zelinka Priamo Ltd. on behalf of 2707523 Ontario Inc. affecting land s described as Part of Lot 12, South Boundary Concession, Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South (1905 James Street South) dated September 7, 2021 for information; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South recommends to the County of Perth Land Division Committee that the Application for Consent to Sever (B19-21) by Zelinka Priamo Ltd. on behalf of 2707523 Ontario Inc. affecting lands described as Part of Lot 12, South Boundary Concession, Blanshard Ward, Township of Perth South (1905 James Stree t South) be APPROVED, subject to the 8 conditions listed in the report.

That the CBO update report for August 2021 be received for information.

That the accounts payable listing dated September 3, 2021 for the period August 7 to September 3, 2021 in the amount of $222,251.79 be approved.

That Council approves the Property Tax Billing and Collection Policy as presented by the CAO/Treasurer.

That Council of the Township of Perth South supports an application for a second well at the St. Pauls municipal water system under the Investing in Canada Infrastruc ture Program - Green Stream intake.

THAT the Council of the Township of Perth South receive the report entitled Flag Policy, prepared by the Clerk, dated September 7, 2021 for information; AND That Council approves the Flag Policy as presented.

That Council receives the request for a report drain for the Clifford Municipal Drain; and th at Council appoints Dietrich Engineering to prepare a report on the proposed drainage works.

THAT the Report regarding the Council Payroll – July 2021, dated September 7, 2021, including total payroll of $4,518.54 be approved.

That the Council for the Township of Perth South supports OHIP optometry services and review of OHIP insured eye exam fees.

THAT the Report r egarding the Mayor’s Monthly Activity for the month of July 2021, dated September 7, 2021, be received for information.

That By-law 49-2021 being a by=law for drainage works in the Township of Perth South know as the Wiseman and Paynter Municipal Drain 2021 be given third reading and be properly signed and sealed.

That By-law 56 -2021 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.
