That the Council Agenda dated October 6, 2026 be approved as circulated.

That the Consent Agenda items 6.1 to 6.20 be received for information and the Regular Minutes of September 15, 2026 be adopted.

That Council of the Township of Perth South does hereby appoint the following members to sit on the Court of Revision for the Murray Drain - Van Straaten Cutoff Drain and the Kiry Drain: Councillors Jaime Martin, Sam Corriveau and Jeff Bell.

That the Council meeting recess at 9:42 a.m. in order to convene a Court of Revision relating to the Murray Drain - Van Straaten Cutoff Drain and the Kiry Drain.

That the Court of Revision for the Murray Drain - Van Straaten Cutoff Drain does hereby accept recommendations of Brandon Widner of Spriet Associations and further does hereby confirm the drainage assessments as outlined in the Assessment Schedule dated August 27, 2026.

That the Court of Revision for the Kiry Drain does hereby accept recommendations of Brandon Widner of Spriet Associations and further does hereby confirm the drainage assessments as outlined in the Assessment Schedule dated September 1, 2026.

That the Court of Revision for the Murray Drain - Van Straaten Cutoff Drain and the Kiry Drain does hereby adjourn at 9:54 a.m.

THAT Perth South Council RECIEVE the report dated September 15, 2026 entitled Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review Update, submitted by County planning staff for information.

That the CBO Update report be received for information.

That the Drainage Superintendent Update report be received for information.

Council October 6, 2026 THAT Council receive the report dated October 6, 2026, titled Consulting Services Agreement - PSD Citywide Asset Management Program Update AND THAT Council approve funding for the Consulting Services agreement in the amount of $19,400 excluding taxes, through the Service Delivery & Efficiency Reserve.

THAT Council receive the report for information.

That Council of the Township of Perth South direct staff to contact the County to discuss opportunities for mutual benefit.

That By-law 38-2026 being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution of the Township of Perth South be given first, second, and third readings, and be properly signed and sealed.

That the meeting does hereby adjourn at 10:57 a.m.

That Council move into Closed Session at 8:58 a.m. in regards to an item under Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

That the Closed Session minutes of the July 21, 2026 be adopted.

That Council reconvene into Open Session at 9:23 a.m.

That the Closed Session Council Meeting be adjourned at 9:23 a.m.
